We accept QRIS, Virtual Account (VA), Bank Transfer, and Credit Cards. Credit card payments are securely processed through Xendit, while other payment methods are processed through our trusted payment partners.
Yes. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment gateways, Midtrans and Xendit. Jarte Beauty does not store your payment card or banking details.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders within Indonesia are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped.
Yes. We ship throughout Indonesia and to selected international destinations. International delivery times vary depending on the destination, courier, and customs clearance.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the nature of fragrance and beauty products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.

Fragrance & Products
No. Our fragrances are created to evoke feeling, memory, and atmosphere rather than gender. Every scent is designed to be a personal experience.
Our Extrait de Parfum typically lasts 5–8 hours on the skin. Hair & Body Mist lasts approximately 2–4 hours, while Room & Linen Spray remains noticeable on fabric for up to 8 hours. Longevity may vary depending on skin chemistry and environmental conditions.
Apply directly to clean skin on pulse points such as the wrists, neck, and behind the ears. Allow the fragrance to develop naturally throughout the day.
At this time, we do not offer individual fragrance samples. Each fragrance is intended to be experienced in its complete form.
